About The Position

Your first step into leadership starts here! At Peppa Pig World of Play, our Guest Experience Leads help support the team that creates memorable experiences for all the families that visit our attraction! This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership role where you’ll learn how to lead in a fun, fast-paced environment — with support from experienced supervisors and managers every step of the way. We are seeking a passionate and dependable individual who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and will consistently deliver friendly, energetic, and professional service. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a safe, engaging experience for every guest are key to success in this role. You’ll never be expected to figure things out alone. We work as a team, and our leaders are always there to support you!

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
• Can stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Want to grow into leadership
• Have open availability including weekends + holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or training experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
• Manage the operation as the manager on duty when assigned.
