Join Team Merlin and help create unforgettable moments for families visiting Peppa Pig World of Play Dallas! We're looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, guest-obsessed superstars who love connecting with children and families, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren't afraid to be a little silly while creating magical experiences!

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and love being around people
• Naturally great with children and families
• Comfortable performing, storytelling, or engaging with groups
• Friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy
• Highly motivated and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about creating amazing guest experiences
• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, camps, childcare, education, or family entertainment is a huge plus!
• Experience working with kids is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Be a character, storyteller, entertainer, and memory-maker! Help create magical moments through guest interactions, story time, and engaging experiences throughout the attraction.
• Connect with families, engage children through play and activities, and ensure every guest leaves smiling.
• Use your enthusiasm and creativity to captivate young audiences.
• Learn multiple areas of the attraction and jump in wherever needed to help create an amazing experience for guests.
• Manage queues safely and efficiently, ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and ready for playtime.
• Bring our Merlin Values to life while creating memorable experiences for guests and teammates alike.
