About The Position

Join Team LEGO and help create unforgettable adventures for guests from the moment they walk through our doors! As a Guest Experience Host at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Chicago, you will be the face of the fun, welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm. You will create awesome memories by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction. You will also help manage attractions and queues to ensure guests spend less time waiting and more time having fun. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and support opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

Turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction.
Help manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.
Keep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
Support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
