About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Guest Experience Hosts. This role is ideal for those who love creating unforgettable guest experiences and bringing fun, energy, and LEGO magic to every day. The position involves engaging with guests, managing queues, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work two weekdays and one weekend day each week.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
• Super flexible schedule, able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• 6-12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, confident, and showcase Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
• Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and spread fun throughout the attraction.
• Help manage queues and maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests.
• Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, stocked, and ready to impress.
• Follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running smoothly.
