About The Position
Join Team LEGO and help create unforgettable adventures for guests from the moment they walk through our doors! This role involves being the face of the fun, welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences, engaging with guests, and spreading LEGO magic. You will also help manage attractions and queues to minimize wait times and ensure public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready. Additionally, you will support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
- Weekday availability (9am - 5pm) preferred.
Responsibilities

- Engage with guests to create awesome memories and spread LEGO magic.
- Manage attractions and queues to ensure a smooth flow for guests.
- Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Support opening and closing procedures and daily operations.
