About The Position

Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable, distinctive guest experiences throughout guests’ stays. They take initiative to provide a wide range of services, move about their work area to address operational needs and guest requests, complete reports, and share information about local highlights. They are empowered to take the steps needed to make transactions part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining confidentiality; protecting company assets; upholding quality standards; and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. Associates perform other reasonable job duties as requested. The position involves being on one’s feet and moving around for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking, as well as hands-on work involving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
