Guest Experience Curator - Twin Farms
About The Position
The Guest Experience Curator is the pre-arrival steward of each guest’s stay, thoughtfully shaping the experience in advance so that every detail feels intentional, personal, and seamless. Rather than focusing on off-property access as a traditional concierge might, this role designs the on-property journey, including arrival logistics, dining preferences, activities, spa experiences, and meaningful celebrations. The position is suited to hospitality professionals experienced in Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux, or similarly refined environments, with an understanding that luxury service is anticipatory, understated, and deeply human.
Requirements
- Experience in Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux, or comparable luxury hospitality environments.
- A refined service style rooted in professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple guest journeys simultaneously.
- Clear, confident communication skills suited to high-expectation guests and collaborative service teams.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make thoughtful, independent decisions aligned with luxury service standards.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a calm presence in a high-touch hospitality environment.
- Flexibility and reliability, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
