We are hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the first face our clients see and the steady hand that keeps daily operations on track. This is an established, busy salon with a loyal clientele, a membership program, and reliable systems already in place — you won't be building this from scratch, just stepping into a well-run operation.

Requirements

• Confident phone and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Strong multitasker with sharp organizational instincts
• Team player, ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Applicants should be ready to respond promptly to interview scheduling messages and show up for their scheduled interview time — reliability matters to us.
