About The Position

This role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience for residents using temporary housing and relocation services. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring apartments are fully prepared, issues are resolved quickly, and every interaction reflects a high standard of customer care. The position combines field-based property inspections with office-based coordination, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and guest support.
  • Strong guest relations skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience conducting property inspections and documenting findings accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Vendor management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and relationship handling.
  • Strong issue resolution and problem management abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the confidence to speak up and liaise with multiple stakeholders when necessary.
  • High level of attention to detail and quality assurance in all aspects of work.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities and schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook for communication, documentation, and coordination.
  • Willingness to work in the field regularly, including visiting properties and meeting vendors or guests on-site.
  • Clean driving record to support local travel requirements.
  • Comfort working in environments where not everything is black and white, with the ability to exercise judgement and flexibility.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for handling operational and guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay, providing timely, professional support and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to confirm that accommodations meet quality, cleanliness, and readiness standards.
  • Carry out post-departure inspections to assess property condition, identify damages, and ensure apartments are ready for the next guest.
  • Document, track, and escalate maintenance concerns, property damages, and service issues to the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Respond to resident requests and urgent service needs, coordinating practical solutions and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate apartment setup activities, including arranging furniture deliveries, installations, housekeeping services, and vendor visits.
  • Manage inventory of guest welcome packages, move-in materials, and other access-related resources to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Maintain and track property access systems, including lockboxes and key distribution processes, to ensure secure and efficient access for guests and vendors.
  • Partner with vendors, property management teams, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operational execution and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Travel locally to conduct inspections, oversee apartment readiness, and provide on-site support for guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, service requests, inventory levels, and guest interactions.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications, documentation, and scheduling activities.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle unexpected issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively to balance field visits, administrative duties, and guest communication within changing schedules.
