Dahl Automotive located at the La Crosse Auto PLaza is looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our fast, growing family! The Guest Service & Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests while providing administrative and operational support for all business units operating including Legacy Mobile Glass & Dent, Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, and Commercial Protective Coatings & Upfitting. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating appointments, managing workflow communications, processing payments, and supporting the day-to-day operations!

Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
  • Ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
  • Ability to deal effectively with others, identify problems, and recommend and implement viable solutions.
  • Skill in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
  • Skill in operating general office equipment, planning scheduling, and organizing work, and performing basic mathematical calculations
  • Skill in demonstrating and performing job tasks of direct reports and efficient use of computers and software programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior guest service to La Crosse Auto Plaza guests in person and over the phone/email
  • Schedule guest appointments and create technician schedules while monitoring a consistent work volume
  • Support La Crosse Auto Plaza sales and guest communication process
  • Work to meet established quarterly goals, usually measuring progress and making course corrections on a monthly basis
  • Receives insurance assignments and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
  • Supporting other team members with duties such as responding to guest questions
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and SOP’s.
