As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression of our day spa and med spa guests—creating the warm welcome that begins each guest’s journey with us and the lasting impression they carry with them. This isn’t a traditional desk job; you’re a relationship builder, creating a connection with our guests that turn first-time visitors into lifelong members. You’ll orchestrate seamless guest experiences from consultation to checkout, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to habitual wellness and exceptional care. Your days will be filled with meaningful conversations as you guide guests to discover the treatment plan that aligns with their self-care goals.
