About The Position

As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first and last impression of our day spa and med spa guests—creating the warm welcome that begins each guest’s journey with us and the lasting impression they carry with them. This isn’t a traditional desk job; you’re a relationship builder, creating a connection with our guests that turn first-time visitors into lifelong members. You’ll orchestrate seamless guest experiences from consultation to checkout, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to habitual wellness and exceptional care. Your days will be filled with meaningful conversations as you guide guests to discover the treatment plan that aligns with their self-care goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead the way in delivering “The Hiatus Way” - best-in-class experience, customized results-driven services, expert treatment plans, and at-home care
  • Enroll new members by educating our guests on the benefits and value of the Hiatus Membership
  • Ensure the spa environment is beautiful, welcoming, and always aligned with the Hiatus brand and standards
