This is a hybrid position that combines hospitality, guest relations, marketing, events, reservations, community outreach, content creation, and brand management. It is not a traditional restaurant manager role. The position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, being the face of the brand, planning events, building relationships, and thriving in operations. The role is unique because it blends operational tasks with marketing and brand-focused activities, offering a different day-to-day experience compared to traditional hospitality or desk-bound marketing jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests
  • Build relationships with regulars and VIPs
  • Manage reservations and special requests
  • Coordinate celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and memorable moments
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality
  • Train host teams to deliver Belle Noble's "Every Guest, Every Time" philosophy
  • Capture photos and videos for social media
  • Help create engaging content
  • Identify guest stories worth sharing
  • Support marketing campaigns and special promotions
  • Work directly with our Marketing Department
  • Keep restaurants looking polished, current, and on-brand
  • Help coordinate wine dinners, holiday events, community activations, and special promotions
  • Work with General Managers and Executive Chefs to create unique guest experiences
  • Bring creative ideas to life
  • Grow guest databases
  • Collect guest feedback
  • Encourage online reviews
  • Build community partnerships
  • Connect with influencers, local organizations, and VIP guests
  • Manage reservations and guest flow
  • Oversee host stand operations
