Requirements

Love people and good vibes.
Possess top-tier communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling tools (on-site training provided).
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and move with energy.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
Answer questions, handle feedback, and address concerns with a positive attitude.
Assist in resolving issues quickly or escalating them to the appropriate team member.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Work in concessions as needed.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and ready facility.
Assist with scheduling, check-ins, sign-ups, and events.
Manage front desk operations.
Handle waivers, payments, and reports.
Learn and uphold TOCA's service commitment standards.
Work with leadership to create and maintain a unified culture and high level of engagement.
