Requirements

Love people and good vibes.
Possess top-tier communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling tools (on-site training provided).
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and move with energy.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Answer guest questions, feedback, and concerns with care.
Address and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist with concessions as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the facility.
Support scheduling, check-ins, sign-ups, and event coordination.
Manage front desk operations efficiently.
Process waivers, payments, and reports.
Learn and adhere to TOCA's service standards and culture.
Contribute to a unified culture and high level of engagement within the center.
