About The Position

Formula Fig is seeking a Guest Experience Associate (GEA) to join their hospitality team in their service-meets-retail Fig Bars. The GEA will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in discussing memberships, treatments, and products, and the ability to build connections that drive sales. The GEA will report to the Fig Bar Manager and work cross-functionally with other business units. This is a part-time position that requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests warmly, managing check-in and check-out processes, and making interactions personal and inclusive.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve questions, and create a welcoming environment.
Proactively educate guests on memberships, treatments, promotions, and skincare products to convert interest into sales and meet targets.
Collaborate with Skin Educators to encourage follow-up treatments and recommend at-home skincare solutions.
Assist with daily Fig Bar tasks such as restocking products, handling returns, sanitizing tools, cleaning, and maintaining organization.
Foster collaboration within the team and assist with training and coaching new GEAs.
Participate in community-building efforts and support events hosted at the Fig Bar location.
Be present and punctual for scheduled shifts, as attendance is critical for operations and service levels.
Achieve sales targets for both products and memberships, which are critical drivers of Fig Bar success.
