This position is paid hourly. The Guest Experience Associate (GEA) is a vital part of a high-functioning hospitality team in our service-meets-retail Fig Bars. As a GEA, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit is seamless. You are people-centered, love to communicate, and are confident in discussing our memberships, treatments and products. Your ability to build connections translates into daily sales, contributing directly to the success of the Fig Bar. The Guest Experience Associate will report to the Fig Bar Manager and work cross-functionally with the other business units.
