Guest Experience Ambassador
About The Position
Kraken's Bryant Street is actively seeking Guest Service Ambassadors to join our crew. This role is comprised of a combination of skills, blending hospitality, bartending, service, and event production. This role is responsible for serving customers and representing Kraken's Bryant Street and our affiliated events that cater to our unique brands. Our Guest Service Ambassadors embody an All Hands In approach and are ready to assist in various capacities throughout the venue. It is our goal to continually host world-class events, big and small, throughout the year. It is the role of the Brand Ambassador to provide an unparalleled guest journey through each event. Requirements
- 1 year of hospitality, restaurant, or country club experience
- Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for short periods of time
