The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times. Located on reception floor, and all public areas, the GSA will be the first point of contact for visitors to the area, making them feel comfortable, directing them to their appointments and meetings and assisting them during their visit.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
  • Experience speaking effectively before groups of managers
  • Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Experience in applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Experience in operating a standard computer, including basic use of MS applications such as Excel and Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, hard copy, drafting documents...)
  • Supports & participated in communication throughout the region
  • Research projects/compilation as needed
  • Arrange and coordinate conference calls, region meetings and training sessions
  • Prepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements and e-transfers
  • Prepare/maintain regional staff/client/unit directory database
  • Work with Compass payroll and maintain “MAP” Manager Access to Personnel to resolve payroll issues
  • Assist with new unit openings & corp. branded programs as needed
  • Participate in Be-A-Star as chairperson for region
  • Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by regional team
