Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel
Demonstrated ability for strong problem-solving skills and be guest oriented.
Strong organization and time-management skills
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in systems like Outlook, Trip Advisor, Google, etc.
The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Theme Park experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow up with guests regarding lost articles and return options.
Respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via Email, Google, and Trip Advisor.
Use spreadsheets to track and enter information, guest comments, and refund requests.
Follow up with other departments regarding requests and formal comments.
Input Guest Comments into the Guest Correspondence Database and correspond with Park Senior Leadership for resolutions.
Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company expectations with compensation and communication.
Have the ability to work independently and communicate with leadership when necessary.
