About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational tasks. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. This role offers knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, and insights into retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. You will be executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
