Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve a sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles are for advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are for experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest first culture across the store, experience in retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.

- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders.
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
Responsibilities

- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (for Service & Engagement Roles).
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor (for General Merchandise & Food Sales Roles).
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
- Provide service to guests that creates a positive experience.
- Stock, set, and sell Target products.
- Make it easy for guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
