About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target, with various positions available including Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, and Inbound (Stocking). Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts of operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Actively sell and provide tailored suggestions and solutions through compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
