About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various aspects of store operations and guest experience. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to the core functions of stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a guest-first culture. Training will be provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability, and problem-solving are expected.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
