About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a positive guest experience through active selling, providing tailored suggestions, and ensuring efficient store operations. Team members will gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations including sales trends and inventory management, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals. The role is dynamic and requires adaptability to technology and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Assist with stocking and setting Target products.
