About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various aspects of store operations and guest experience. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to the core operations of stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The role offers opportunities to learn retail business fundamentals, including guest service, department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. Training is provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail are expected.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
