About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a joyful experience for guests by helping them discover everyday life. Seasonal roles offer opportunities to build retail business fundamentals, including knowledge of guest service, retail business fundamentals, department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals. The work environment is fun, energetic, and team-oriented, with a focus on guest interaction and efficient operations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
