About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various aspects of store operations and guest experience. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent guest service, and contributing to the core functions of stocking, setting, and selling Target products. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and a guest-first culture. Training will be provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability, and attention to detail are expected. Specific responsibilities include cash register operations, ladder climbing, and handling merchandise safely and efficiently, including lifting up to 40 pounds. A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary, along with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Handle cash register operations accurately.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
