Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles focus on tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles are advocates of guest experience, welcoming and thanking guests while exceeding expectations through guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Actively sell and create compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Operate cash registers accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
