About The Position

As a Guest Advisor in our Clearance Center, you'll help guests find the right furniture, appliances, and mattresses for their homes while creating an experience that feels helpful—not pushy. You'll ask good questions, learn what matters to each guest, and help them find the best fit for their needs and budget. We're looking for someone who's comfortable talking with people, willing to learn, motivated to hit goals, and ready to be part of a team that has each other's backs. We believe work should be fun. Our team is a little goofy, a lot supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together. You'll find a welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself. We have minimum sales expectations, but we're a team that believes in lifting each other up. Your manager and colleagues will work with you to provide the resources, coaching, and support you need to hit your goals.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests find products they love at the right price.
• Creating an awesome guest experience from sale to delivery.
• Asking questions, listening, and helping guests make confident decisions.
• Building relationships—not relying on high-pressure sales.
• Supporting your teammates and jumping in when needed.
• Answering phones, completing peer checks, and monitoring open orders.
• Working across departments to solve problems for guests.
• Learning from feedback and growing your product knowledge.
