About The Position
Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Contact Center Advisor. Remote opportunities are available in multiple states. The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to telephonic sales inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes, and enrolling eligible consumers. This role also involves upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting follow-up calls.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of prior sales experience (required)
Responsibilities
- Responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries
- Identifying qualified prospects
- Providing rate quotes
- Enrolling eligible consumers telephonically
- Upselling and/or cross-selling products
- Providing guidance on insurance coverage
- Selling policies
- Conducting appropriate follow-up calls
