About The Position

Spencer Trial Attorneys is a family-run law firm in El Paso led by husband-and-wife team Jake and Ashley Spencer. From our historic house-turned-office at 1009 Montana Avenue, we provide full-service representation in probate, estate planning, guardianship, personal injury, criminal defense, and select litigation. Our approach is simple: fight for clients with the intensity of a big firm while treating them with the care of a family practice. Clients count on us for strength, consistency, and excellence, and we deliver with a team culture that values collaboration and accountability. At Spencer Trial Attorneys, the drama stays in the courtroom—not in the office. We’re hiring a Guardianship Case Manager to help families navigate guardianship cases with clarity and care. You’ll draft pleadings, track a large guardianship docket, and be the steady voice clients turn to during stressful moments. Experience in guardianship is a plus, but if you bring grit, empathy, and organization, we’ll train you.
