Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a GTMS product or service. Answer questions about products or the Bank. Prefill and coordinate all aspects of the GTMS documentation and coordinate customer hand-off with implementation team. Build collaborative relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and internal partners. Document all facets of client engagement through CRM, keeping pipeline of prospects and client deals updated. Link all activity to assigned deal team for executive awareness. Participate in pipeline and partner meetings.
