About The Position

The GTMS Tele Advisor will contact potential or existing customers to inform them about GTMS products or services and answer questions about products or the Bank. This role involves prefilling and coordinating all aspects of GTMS documentation, coordinating customer hand-off with the implementation team, and building collaborative relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and internal partners. The advisor will document all facets of client engagement through CRM, keeping the pipeline of prospects and client deals updated, and linking all activity to the assigned deal team for executive awareness. Participation in pipeline and partner meetings is also required. The position demands strong communication skills, both oral and written, across multiple levels of the organization, and strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive resolutions, with quick escalation for follow-through and closure of issues. Adherence to policies, procedures, and industry/regulatory compliance is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience in commercial banking with a strong understanding of treasury management solutions.
  • Must be able to work independently, a motivated self-starter with a disciplined approach to business development.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Business or Economics.
