About The Position

We’re looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Lead (US) to lead and scale our hiring efforts across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with individual ownership of key hires. You’ll lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing technical teams. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing GTM teams and shaping how we hire as we scale. This role requires a high sense of ownership and urgency — we move fast and expect the same.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including team leadership
  • Proven experience managing and developing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong experience hiring across GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, and/or customer-facing technical roles)
  • A hands-on leader — comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Deep understanding of what “great” looks like in GTM roles
  • Strong ability to maintain and elevate a high talent bar
  • Excellent stakeholder management, working closely with HRBPs and senior leadership
  • Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve recruiting performance
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of GTM Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Technical GTM roles)
  • Personally lead key and strategic hires, especially for senior or high-impact GTM roles
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and GTM leadership to define hiring strategy, priorities, and workforce plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — challenging, calibrating, and raising the hiring bar
  • Drive high-quality, targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals)
  • Ensure high-signal interview processes and consistent evaluation standards across the team
  • Own and elevate candidate experience — fast, transparent, and high-quality
  • Monitor and improve recruiting metrics and funnel performance
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase speed and quality
  • Support closing strategies and help secure top candidates in competitive markets
  • Manage and optimize work with external agencies when needed
