About The Position

Alloy is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, reliability, and user experience of Alloy's Salesforce instance, which serves as the system of record for the entire go-to-market organization. The GTM Systems team owns Salesforce and the surrounding stack that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product depend on. As Alloy grows, the systems layer is crucial for clean pipeline, accurate forecasts, and fast decisions. This role reports to the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and operates within a hybrid-work environment, with local employees expected onsite three days a week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts, with a track record of building automation without code.
  • Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes.
  • Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical.
  • High attention to detail and a habit of documenting configuration changes so they stay maintainable.
  • Able to run multiple support requests and project work in parallel, and open to picking up admin work on other GTM tools as the stack requires.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Experience with change management and release processes, including sandboxes and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
  • Hands-on admin experience with Gong, Apollo.io, or similar GTM tools.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success clouds: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and user provisioning.
  • Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) as GTM processes evolve.
  • Own data quality in Salesforce end to end, including deduplication, validation rules, and routine hygiene audits.
  • Act as the first line of support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success users, triaging tickets, fixing configuration issues, and escalating as needed.
  • Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, covering configuration, user access, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and the wider RevOps team on the Salesforce roadmap and on territory, quota, and forecasting configuration changes.
  • Run release management: test changes in sandbox, coordinate deployments, document field-level and process changes, and communicate changes to end users.

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
  • 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend for new employees
  • Annual Learning & Development annual stipend
  • Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health
