About The Position

The Enterprise System Administrator is responsible for the management, optimization, and support of platforms used by marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams. This role ensures systems—including CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ tools—are effectively configured, integrated, and maintained to support lead generation, quoting, pricing, pipeline management, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience administering CRM, marketing automation, and/or CPQ platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including quoting, pricing, discounting, and contract lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with marketing processes (lead generation, attribution, campaign management).
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player, yet comfortable working with little direction.
  • Excellent communication skills: versatile oral and written skills are required for contact with business users and management.
  • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work for any US employer (we do not provide visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
  • Configure and manage CPQ tools, including product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting logic, quote templates, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle processes, campaign tracking, and sales pipelines.
  • Build and manage automation workflows, lead scoring models, and validation rules.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security across all platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to align systems with business processes.
  • Integrate tools across the tech stack (CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, billing, analytics, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance, sales forecasting, and revenue insights.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay current on platform updates, CPQ enhancements, and industry trends.
