About The Position

We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to join our AI & Platform GTM team. This team is responsible for operationalizing a scalable commercial engine that aligns our platform, sellers, and ecosystem against our highest-value market opportunities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will not only design the sales plays that guide our global field, but you will also act as a "Special Forces" resource for our most strategic deals, providing the analytical rigor, financial modeling, and executive-level storytelling required to close complex AI transformations.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Consulting, GTM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within an enterprise SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience translating sales strategies, market insights, and field feedback into structured playbooks, enablement assets, or go-to-market toolkits that sellers can actually use
  • Comfortable working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather input, align stakeholders, and move programs forward
  • Able to synthesize pipeline data, market signals, and field feedback into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working directly with sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of strategic sales plays, from initial market segmentation and opportunity identification to the deployment of field-ready sales kits.
  • Create high-impact narratives and deliverables for strategic prospects, translating complex AI platform capabilities into clear business outcomes and strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead the central orchestration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other GTM teams, ensuring every playbook is validated by stakeholders and optimized for real-world execution.
  • Design and scale programs that integrate Professional Services and Customer Success activities directly into our sales motions to ensure long-term customer value.
  • Support the centralized operating rhythm for the GTM organization, ensuring that the highest-impact assets, training, and insights are delivered to the field with precision and consistency.
