About The Position

This role is for a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate within the Commercial Operations department, reporting to the EVP of Commercial Operations. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Austin or Dallas, TX area. The associate will be responsible for strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and managing the operational rhythm of commercial teams. This involves working across marketing, SDR, sales, and revenue leadership to drive cross-functional programs to completion and adoption. The role requires a strategic and operational mindset, focusing on diagnosing funnel issues, designing solutions, building them (increasingly with AI tools), and influencing team behavior. While hands-on work in Salesforce and HubSpot is expected, the primary requirements are judgment, structure, and follow-through. The position offers direct exposure to executive decision-making, real ownership with fast-paced program management, and the opportunity to contribute to a mission focused on training the skilled-trades workforce. The company utilizes a modern operating stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Omni, Gong, and Claude, with a focus on automation. There is a clear growth path into broader strategy and operations leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, a chief-of-staff role, or GTM/revenue operations.
  • A track record of driving initiatives to completion and adoption, with a specific example that can be walked through end to end.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude especially) for analysis, drafting, and automation, with a built example to show.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills; comfortable building a view from raw data and presenting it to leadership.
  • Willingness to become a hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot operator within the first 90 days.

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce and HubSpot, including data-model fluency.
  • Territory design, account planning, or target-list development.
  • Conversation intelligence (Gong) and sales engagement tools (Nooks).
  • BI and forecast tooling (Omni, Looker, Tableau).
  • ROI or value-engineering program experience.
  • Experience operating through a real period of organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic cross-functional GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement, including ROI and skill-leveling initiatives.
  • Drive strategic account sequencing and targeting, partnering with revenue leadership on territory design, account assignments, top-account planning, and target-list development.
  • Own the view of prospect funnel progression, diagnosing and isolating issues related to conversion, follow-up, routing, or data quality, and implementing fixes.
  • Utilize data, AI, and automation to surface insights, improve pipeline and rep performance, and eliminate manual work.
  • Build and maintain workflows, reporting, lead management, and campaign processes for GTM teams.
  • Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting as chief of staff to the EVP, including setting agendas, building pre-reads and metrics views, capturing decisions, assigning actions, and driving follow-through.
