About The Position

RevPartners is seeking a GTM Strategist to lead the Allbound framework for their partners. This role involves working directly with clients to strategize, build, and deploy full-funnel, intent-based campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth. The company's mission is to engineer revenue outcomes for GTM leaders on HubSpot, with a vision to unlock human flourishing. RevPartners was founded by individuals who aim to pursue excellence while treating people well, and they are looking for individuals to join their movement in RevOps.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in relevant marketing and/or sales roles with high-growth companies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub.
  • Able to command a meeting, lead the conversation, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Ability to build a multi-channel strategy & prioritize revenue plays based on goals and data.
  • Define and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), driving insights to develop and deliver revenue strategies.
  • Proven project and organizational management experience; engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects to move the organization forward.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our partners.
  • Ensure delivery of quality work and results.
  • Provide final quality assurance before submitting work to partners.
  • Craft multi-channel strategies to build and sustain a strong lead pipeline.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform our partners' strategies.
  • Analyze the competition and derive actionable insights.
  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Utilize HubSpot data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
  • Generative & Search Engine Optimization
  • Content Generation as needed
  • Intent-based Paid Media (supported by a Paid Specialist)
  • Social Influencing
  • Warm Outbound & Assisted Prospecting (supported by a GTM Engineer)
