Kaizen is looking for a GTM Recruiter to support hiring across our revenue and operations teams during a critical growth period following our Series A. This role will own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM and business roles, including Account Executives, Finance, Business Operations, and related functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is well-suited for someone who has deep experience hiring for commercial and business roles in fast-growing environments and enjoys balancing sourcing, recruiting, and coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, Finance, or Business Operations roles.
  • Proven experience hiring business-facing roles in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
  • A recruiter who leads with empathy and values thoughtful candidate communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for GTM and business roles, from intake through offer.
  • Lead sourcing efforts for roles including Account Executives, Finance, BizOps, and related functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and candidate communication end-to-end.
  • Ensure candidates receive a first-in-class, white-glove experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate hiring progress and recruiting metrics via Ashby.
  • Participate in weekly hiring syncs, providing pipeline updates and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as we scale.
