About The Position

As a GTM Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building the teams that power Reducto's go-to-market engine and business operations. You'll collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to source, attract, and close the talent that will define our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll develop your recruiting craft in a fast-paced startup environment, help build scalable hiring systems from the ground up, and work directly with leadership at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in San Francisco.

Requirements

  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision in every hire and interaction
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and are eager to build recruiting systems and processes from first principles
  • Have 3–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on GTM or business roles in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Operate well in fast-changing, high-growth environments where speed, judgment, and impact matter
  • Collaborate effectively across teams with strong communication and relationship management skills that build trust at all levels
  • Take full ownership with a bias for action and creative problem-solving, you move fast, figure things out, and close talent under tight timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Have recruited for revenue-generating roles and business functions at an early-stage or high-growth startup
  • Are proficient with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar sourcing platforms
  • Have a solid understanding of GTM org structures and what makes sales, marketing, and customer success hires successful
  • Approach recruiting analytically, using data and metrics to drive insights and process improvements
  • Care deeply about combining recruiting excellence with business impact and building teams that win in competitive markets

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and business roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, calibrate on talent profiles, and advise on competitive positioning in the market
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and warm networks
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through each stage with clarity, speed, and exceptional relationship management
  • Help build and refine scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience best practices as we grow
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time-to-hire to diagnose issues and drive continuous improvement
