You’ll drive full-cycle hiring across our GTM org, partner with sharp leaders, and play a meaningful role in shaping our talent engine during an exciting growth phase. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for business roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, customer success, and similar teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build aligned hiring plans
  • Source, engage, and nurture high-caliber talent through outbound strategies, platforms, and networking
  • Manage candidate pipelines with urgency and consistency
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide thoughtful, actionable evaluation notes
  • Drive a polished candidate experience that reflects Iru’s culture and onsite Miami environment
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless coordination
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics
  • Maintain process consistency across ATS workflows
  • Flex quickly as priorities shift—supporting new searches, refining processes, and filling urgent roles as needed
