About The Position

We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to own and drive the full hiring lifecycle for our go-to-market functions — Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Solutions. Based in New York City and reporting to the Global Talent Lead, you’ll be the dedicated talent partner for our commercial leadership team, translating business strategy into clear hiring plans and building best-in-class pipelines to support rapid growth. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll design and improve the processes, systems, and standards that underpin how we attract and hire GTM talent. You’ll have the freedom to shape the recruiting function from the ground up, and the expectation that you’ll hold yourself and the business to an incredibly high bar.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM / commercial hiring in high-growth or technically complex environments.
  • Proven experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and/or Solutions functions.
  • You’ve been through a rapid scale-up: you know what it takes to build recruiting processes from scratch, implement them under pressure, and iterate as the organisation grows.
  • Strong business partnering skills — you can engage credibly with senior commercial leaders, challenge hiring briefs when needed, and drive alignment on talent priorities.
  • Experience building structured interview processes and scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, competitive hiring environments, managing multiple priorities without dropping the bar.
  • Strong candidate-facing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate company vision, role expectations, and the opportunity to prospective hires.
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby as your ATS, and proficiency with a range of generative AI and modern sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Gem, or similar) to build and manage high-quality pipelines efficiently.
  • Interest in generative AI and motivation to help build the team behind foundational technology.

  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology talent landscape is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run the full-cycle hiring process for all GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, closing, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with commercial and GTM leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate on candidate profiles, and build a hiring roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain best-in-class talent pipelines for sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and solutions roles across seniority levels.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes — from sourcing strategies and interview loops to ATS workflows — ensuring quality, speed, and a standout candidate experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional interview panels, identify and train internal interviewers, and maintain a consistently high bar and rigorous evaluation standards.
  • Build hiring metrics and reporting, providing clear insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and process bottlenecks to leadership.
  • Represent Adaptive ML externally through proactive outreach, events, and direct engagement with passive candidates in the GTM talent market.
  • Operate in an async-friendly, distributed environment — documenting processes, updates, and insights clearly for cross-timezone collaboration.
