The Role As our first in-house GTM Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and more). This is a critical role that requires speed and operational excellence as our sales org scales. You will source and close elite GTM talent through rigorous processes, data-driven optimization, and exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who can operate full-cycle recruiting pipelines autonomously with an owner’s mindset, run multiple pipelines simultaneously, and serve as a partner to our sales leadership as they scale the organization.
