About The Position

Cape was founded in early 2022 by Palantir and Anduril alums with deep expertise in privacy and national security. While running Palantir's US national security business, our CEO became passionate about privacy and security on mobile devices. Our mission is to be a force for good in global wireless. At Cape, we are not just another cellular service provider; we are the architects of a privacy-centric movement that starts with the devices in your pocket. We are building a cellular network that helps citizens, including those responsible for our nation's security, regain control of their own data. We believe that where we are, where we go, and whom we are with are among our most personal information and should be kept private. Privacy is not something you achieve by limiting yourself or by doing less, it is a set of features to be built so you can do more. We have raised money from Andreessen Horowitz and other top-tier VCs, and are excited to grow the team. We are looking to add a Go To Market (GTM) Program Manager (PM) hire to be the engine behind Cape's deployments. You craft, implement, and execute processes to remove roadblocks, ensure customer delivery, and set the stage for revenue growth. Leaders across engineering and business development will turn to you to articulate goals, develop work-backwards plans, and align resources. The ideal candidate is a highly organized thinker who loves introducing structure in ambiguous environments and has implemented large end to end projects. This role reports to our Head of Internal Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting, BizOps, SalesOps, or Project Management experience
  • Strong process mindset. You intuitively think about problems in terms of systems, and you are able to quickly implement workflows.
  • Meticulous organization skills, with a proven track record managing large projects and owning recurring processes.
  • Excellent communicator, with success influencing without formal authority and a passion for communicating broadly.
  • Structured and logical thinker with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new industries, products, and challenges.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don't need someone to tell you to "move". You just move. We'd rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up.

Responsibilities

  • Solve End-to-End Problems: Refine and prioritize ambiguous business goals and develop rigorous plans to achieve them, across countries, teams, and products.
  • Implement Processes and Systems: Build processes from the ground up, with particular respect for how they scale as we continue to grow.
  • Influence Across Functions: Act as a trusted force multiplier, driving action across all levels of business development, engineering, and operations.
  • Manage Complex Projects: Develop dashboards and associated metrics to relentlessly raise the bar on customer experience while reducing internal overhead.
  • Embed: Identify risks and opportunities so we can strategically tackle them.
  • Special Projects: We are a startup and this is a green space, with plenty of opportunity to build in areas critical to Cape's success.

Benefits

  • top-tier health care
  • 401(k) matching
  • a generous vacation policy
