Overview As a Program Manager on our Al-augmented CT M Programs team, you will be a key driver of projects that support revenue and operational excellence. Supported by intelligent automation that handles administrative workflows, you'll focus on executing program plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones are met. Requirements
- 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology and automation - you see intelligent tools as powerful enablers to improve your efficiency.
- Experience using modern productivity tools to enhance project management and collaboration.
- A growth orientation - you are curious and eager to learn new tools and processes.
Nice To Haves
- SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.
- Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CT M experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution for key GTM initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure alignment, provide status updates, and gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones and dependencies.
- Identify and manage project-level risks and issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
- Facilitate project meetings, create agendas, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
- Leverage intelligent automation to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on core project management activities.
- Utilize tools for data analysis and reporting to track project performance and support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.
