As the Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting overseeing specific aspects of multiple Microsoft programs and initiatives. This role will be primarily focused on the building the framework and programs required for the execution of Softchoice’s Microsoft go to market strategy specifically for Cloud & AI Platforms solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance or related field in program management, process management, process improvement; and master's degree in any related field; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of combined experience of project management; process management and process improvement; program management; change management processes; logistic execution for large scale activities and events; or related work experience.
• Professional certification in project management, such as PgMP or PMP, or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified Professional with minimum of two active certification in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or Security categories.
• demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex and multifaceted challenges.
• processes strong executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
• proven experience in fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• understand the partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage Microsoft programs to accelerate partner alignment strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate Softchoice’s Microsoft GTM strategy for Cloud & AI Platforms solutions including Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Build the framework for how all Cloud and AI Platform sales campaigns are executed.
• Capture any reporting requirements to support and measure success of all campaigns related to Microsoft Cloud & AI Platforms solutions.
• Manage and oversee all activities related to Microsoft Cloud & AI Platforms solutions within the Microsoft MCI and SPF partner programs.
• Build the program for the creation of any assets to support sales and sales activities in support of the execution of the GTM strategy
• Oversee content creation committee for lifecycle services and any other related Softchoice solutions.
• Develop resources and establish a framework to facilitate alignment initiatives associated with Microsoft Cloud & AI Platforms solutions.
• Manage administration of MAICPP Designation and Specializations related to Cloud and AI Platforms.
