About The Position

In this role, you will design and execute programs that empower customer-facing teams to perform at their best, enhancing sales effectiveness, productivity, and product adoption. You will own onboarding, training, playbooks, and enablement events while driving continuous improvement in GTM workflows. Partnering across Product, Sales, Operations, and Analytics, you will translate insights into actionable programs that accelerate ramp, improve skill development, and support revenue growth. You will also explore AI tools and innovative approaches to streamline workflows and scale enablement efforts. This position offers the opportunity to shape GTM effectiveness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while directly impacting business outcomes and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, training, enablement, product marketing, or customer success within B2B revenue organizations
  • Experience delivering classroom-style training and facilitating workshops
  • Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, WorkRamp, Guru, or similar
  • Strong program management skills with ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to translate cross-functional input into clear, actionable enablement content
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools for sales enablement and workflow automation is highly desirable
  • Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and understanding of GTM motions
  • Knowledge of customer experience or customer support technology industry is a plus
  • Understanding of regulatory considerations such as HIPAA is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end GTM enablement programs, from design and delivery to reinforcement and measurement
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, process guides, and best practices for customer-facing teams
  • Design onboarding and ongoing training programs to accelerate new hire ramp and skill development
  • Manage enablement events, workshops, and continuous learning touchpoints to reinforce skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate product and AI enablement initiatives to ensure teams are prepared for launches and campaigns
  • Build reporting frameworks to provide leadership with visibility into program effectiveness and team readiness
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, leverage AI, and optimize productivity for GTM teams
