In this role, you will design and execute programs that empower customer-facing teams to perform at their best, enhancing sales effectiveness, productivity, and product adoption. You will own onboarding, training, playbooks, and enablement events while driving continuous improvement in GTM workflows. Partnering across Product, Sales, Operations, and Analytics, you will translate insights into actionable programs that accelerate ramp, improve skill development, and support revenue growth. You will also explore AI tools and innovative approaches to streamline workflows and scale enablement efforts.
