Overview As a Program Manager on our Al-augmented CT M Programs team, you will be a key driver of projects that support revenue and operational excellence. Supported by intelligent automation that handles administrative workflows, you'll focus on executing program plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones are met. We're looking for organized and proactive individuals who are excited to leverage technology to work smarter and contribute to impactful outcomes. What Makes This Role Different Automation Handles: Meeting scheduling, status report generation, project timeline tracking, documentation, routine communications, data aggregation, and task reminders. You Focus On: Project planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, risk and issue management, cross-functional communication, process improvement, and ensuring on-time delivery of program deliverables.

Requirements

• 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Al & Innovation Mindset Comfort with technology and automation - you see intelligent tools as powerful enablers to improve your efficiency.
• Experience using modern productivity tools to enhance project management and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.
• Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CT M experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution for key GTM initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure alignment, provide status updates, and gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones and dependencies.
• Identify and manage project-level risks and issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Facilitate project meetings, create agendas, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
• Leverage intelligent automation to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on core project management activities.
• Utilize tools for data analysis and reporting to track project performance and support decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.
