In this role, you will partner closely with product and engineering leaders across the AI & Innovation organization to define and scale world-class browser experiences used by millions globally. We’re looking for a GTM & Growth Manager who lives and breathes internet culture and understands how ideas spread, products go viral, and AI becomes tangible for everyday users. In this role, you’ll help shape Neo’s go-to-market strategy, design campaigns that spark organic buzz, and build programs that connect Neo with creators, early adopters, and communities. You’ll be part strategist, part storyteller, and part growth hacker—obsessed with experimentation, learning, and scaling what works.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or marketing roles, ideally at a fast-moving consumer tech or AI startup.
  • Proven experience marketing AI-native or tech-driven consumer products.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, internet trends, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong storytelling ability with a talent for making technical products relatable and engaging.
  • Creative, analytical, and highly experimental mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with content, community, and growth tools (e.g., Webflow, Notion, analytics dashboards).

  • Experience launching early-stage products or building high-growth, community-led programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Neo’s go‑to‑market playbook, from early-access launches to full public rollouts.
  • Build and manage creator and influencer programs to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Experiment with new social formats, trends, and narratives across platforms such as X, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Drive community growth and engagement through creative campaigns, partnerships, and social activations.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to identify growth loops and retention levers, turning users into advocates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Comms to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, human stories.
  • Track and optimize growth KPIs including activation, retention, and engagement.
